About the Role:
Zoup in Exton, PA is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Team Member to join our crew! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and serve menu items including soups, sandwiches, and other offerings according to Zoup standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock food and supplies as needed to keep the line running smoothly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet the demands of a busy restaurant
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Food handling or food safety certification is a plus but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays preferred

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
