About the Role:
Zoup in Exton, PA is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our team! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role at a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant known for its fresh, made-from-scratch soups and vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of customer service
- Open and/or close the restaurant following proper procedures and checklists
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to uphold Zoup's brand standards
- Handle cash management, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
- Train, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
